Everything on this website — including the journal articles, service descriptions, and lens technology pages — is general information about eye care and eyewear. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an examination. Always speak with a qualified eye care professional about your own eyes. If you're experiencing sudden vision loss, eye pain, or injury, seek care immediately or dial 911.
Submitting the appointment form sends us a request — it does not reserve a time. We'll contact you to confirm. Appointments booked through our online scheduler are subject to that system's confirmation process. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We carry independent eyewear houses whose collections change with each season. A brand or frame shown on this site may not be in stock at any given moment, and manufacturers may discontinue styles without notice. Product photography is provided by the manufacturers and is representative — actual colors and finishes can vary. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe what we stock.
We do not publish prices on this website. Pricing depends on frame, lens design, coatings, and prescription, and is quoted in the shop. Insurance benefits are verified individually.
We offer a one-time eyewear exchange within 60 days of purchase, and frames carry a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty coverage is set by the manufacturer and excludes normal wear, loss, and accidental damage. Minor adjustments and on-site repairs are complimentary. We do not perform soldering in-house and will refer you to a local jeweler for that work. Any repair estimate given is an estimate.
Insurance information on this site describes plans we generally accept and is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Coverage depends on your specific plan and eligibility on the date of service. Where we are out of network, we provide an itemized receipt and a claim form with our portion completed for you to submit; reimbursement decisions rest with your insurer.
